授業の目的・達成目標 【授業の目的】 This course emphasizes communicative evaluation and analysis. Students in this course will continue to develop their skills in reading, writing, and speaking English in academic situations. Students will read selected academic texts, learn skills for understanding these texts, and develop written and spoken responses to them. Students will develop critical thinking and independent learning skills. 【授業の目的】 Students will ・ develop independent learning skills ・ learn how to organize information and structure an argument, and ・ gain experience in preparing short academic presentations 授業計画 This course will help students to improve their discussion and presentation skills in English. It will focus on the history of the United States and how it became the country it is today. Week 1: Introduction and Overview
